CAC Trading Group has developed a close relationship with a lamb producer network which helps maintain the reliability and integrity of the supply chain and meet the high expectations of customers. Specialising in both grass-fed and grain-fed lamb, CAC Trading Group sources produce for the rapidly growing organic market using lamb from Ararat and the greater Victorian pastures. This offering can satisfy the most discerning importers and cater for special regional tastes.
CAC Trading Group caters for all markets, offering vacuum-packed and chilled premium lamb for supermarkets, as well as individually-frozen products for manufacturers and wholesalers.
Customers have the option of ordering shipments consisting of whole carcasses in various weight ranges, to fully processed primal cuts.
Six-cut carcasses are popular as they allow for an additional 40% storage space in sea freight containers, which reduces shipment and cold storage costs.
